Pre Employment Transition Services Summer Camp
June 8-19 and June 22-July 3
This program is in collaboration with the Berks County Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. Through funding from Service Access and Management, SHAR is able to offer a unique opportunity to students, ages 14-21 (still in high school) who are interested in acquiring the skills needed to get a job! Students must register through Shady Hollow as well as OVR.
Registration must be completed by June 1, 2026.
Professional Connections Foundation Camp
July 6-17 or July 20-31
In collaboration with Berks County Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Shady Hollow is delighted to offer this impactful group experience to students, ages 14-21. This 30 hour program is designed to enlighten students on job opportunities, teach life skills, provide job skill training and practice in real time on a working horse farm. Our equine partners make wonderful teachers! To signup, you must contact Andrea Merrick with OVR for registration.
Registration should be completed by July 1.
Funds for SHAR camp are graciously provided by the Luther Family in beloved memory of their parents Mary and Eugene Finn. We are grateful for their yearly contribution and gladly use the funds towards securing lasting memories for our campers.
