You can now donate to Shady Hollow online by using the Network For Good.

Shady Hollow Donation Program

Below is a summary of the Shady Hollow Donation Program. You may contact Shady Hollow for the official program documents.

The Donation program is based on monetary donations. Gifts in kind, unless otherwise given an actual dollar receipt which would place the donation in a package listed below, are not to be included in this proposal. The exception to this will be NEW tack or other NEW program equipment (see below under New Tack and Program Equipment).

$1.00 to $999.00	Sponsors will receive an annual newsletter, and their name shall be listed in the Sponsors column. The Sponsor will be listed on the Shady Hollow web site for the contribution year. Sponsors will receive a tour of the facility, if so desired, at a prescheduled time.
$1,000.00 to $4,999.00	Sponsors will receive all of the above listed benefits. Sponsors shall have their name engraved on a plate that will be placed on a perpetual plaque located in the Shady Hollow office or observation room. In addition, the Sponsor will receive an invitation to the annual award picnic.
$5,000.00 to $9,999.00	Sponsors will receive all of the above listed benefits. Sponsors shall have their business logo, if applicable, linked to our web site for the contribution year. The Sponsors name and/or logo will be placed in the indoor arena on an 8.5 x 11" laminated banner for the contribution year.
$10,000.00 and Above	Sponsor will receive all the above listed benefits. Sponsors name or business will be permanently placed on a separate perpetual plaque under the heading, Gold Star Sponsors, in a visible area not yet determined, for the remainder of the program’s existence. Sponsors shall be entitled to a dinner to be held at the facility at a time prearranged with the Board of Directors.appointed by a Member of the Board of Directors. Dinner shall consist of up to, but not exceeding, 10 members of the business or organization.
$500.00 Program Horse Sponsorship	Sponsor shall receive Package #1 (if donation exceeds Package #1, see the applicable Package) in addition to having their name engraved on a plate that will be placed on the Program Horse(s) stall door of their choice for the contribution year. They will also receive a 5x7 photo of the horse they are sponsoring.

*Sponsorship is subject to change in accordance with an increase in supplies or services.
** Items included in Sponsoring a Program Horse – Feed, hay, multiple shoeings and yearly vaccinations.

Construction Sponsorship	Sponsorship to be determined upon initial proposal of construction. Marker with Sponsor’s name/business to be placed at site of construction. Applicable package will apply.
Permanent Structure Sponsorship	All other Permanent Structure (s) Sponsorship to be determined at time of donation. Applicable Package will apply.
New Tack or New Program Equipment	Sponsors will receive applicable Package plus an engraved plate on or near where equipment is stored until such a time when equipment falls below the guidelines set forth or becomes a safety/hazard issue, therefore, eliminating it from the program.
Multiple yearly sponsorships by a business or organizations	Sponsors who continue to make donations from Package #2 through Package #4 for more than two consecutive years shall be awarded a S.H.A.R. dinner to be held at the facility at a time appointed by a Member of the Board of Directors. Dinner may be attended by up to, but not exceeding, 10 members of the business or organization.
Endowments	Name(s) of Donors will be placed on the perpetual plaque located in the office. The Board will make the final determination at such time, if any additional notations will be required.
